You have just acquired a product and it does not give you complete satisfaction? You have 30 days after receiving your order to return the item(s).


The ordered articles must be new with their labels and in their original packaging.

Attach the invoice and specify the action to be taken on your order, namely:

- A credit note

- A refund

For logistical reasons, we do not exchange products anymore. We advise you to buy the new product directly and to return the old product which will be reimbursed within 72 hours after its reception.

You can generate a return form to help us to apprehend the return. You just have to connect to your customer account, click on your order, check the product(s) to be returned, fill in the reason for return and click on the button Generate a return. Our team will receive a notification to generate a return form to attach to the package.

This application is not possible if you only have a guest account.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We advise you to use a shipping method with tracking of the goods.

In case of error attributable to Extreme Tennis (wrong product shipped), all shipping costs will be at our charge.


The refund of the products is generally made within 48/72 hours. We will reimburse you by the original method of payment except for checks where our team will ask you for a bank account number to reimburse you by bank transfer.

If you have benefited from free shipping, the amount of the shipping will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In the case where you have placed an order and then requested a refund without us having shipped the goods. We reserve the right to refund you by deducting the bank commission.


The returned items must be new and can be remarketed, it is imperative to respect these conditions:

Rackets :

- The racket is returned with the plastic on the handle intact

- The racket must not have been used and must not have any marks on the strings or the frame

- If you have asked our team to string the racquet or if you have used the "CHOOSE YOUR STRING" option, the racquet cannot be taken back because it will be considered as a customized racquet and cannot be sold as a new product. 


Clothing must be clean, unwashed, undamaged and intact with the original product tag.


All shoes must be returned in their original box. Shoes must be new, clean and free of all signs of use and wear.

Stringing Machines:

The stringing machine must be new and in its original packaging. For a motor return, we strongly advise you to protect the motor as much as possible to avoid any shock during the transport making impossible the use of the motor.

Other products :

The products must be remarketable, it is imperative to return them in their original packaging and labels.
