3. Order

4. Delivery

In case of exercise of the right of cancel, Extreme-Tennis is obliged to repay the sums paid by the customer at no charge except return shipping costs. 6. Price
All prices are quoted in euros.
The price indicated on the product description does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, including taxes and including VAT for France and the CEE countries. This price includes the price of products, handling cost, packaging and product conservation, transport costs and commissioning.
7. Payment
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by ExtremeTennis.
The product price is payable in cash on day of the order.
Payment is by credit card, paypal, bank transfer or check.
Online, PayPal lets you pay via a bank server in a secure environment.
In addition, Extreme-Tennis reserves the right to refuse any order of a customer with whom there is a dispute.
8. Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. Extreme- Tennis can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible, intangible or property, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of products sold. 9. Warranty
Extreme- Tennis can not be held liable for non-compliance with regulations and laws in force, the responsibility for Extreme-Tennis is always limited to the value of the product in question, value at the date of sale and this without recourse to the brand or the company producing the product.
In any event, the customer benefits of the legal guarantee on eviction and hidden defects (Article 1625 et seq of the Civil Code).
